  i bought my house from the 1st owner so I don't have all the building materials. I am building a detached garage. I am trying to match the exterior of my house (brick, shingles, etc). Trying to get in touch with them for that is impossible. I called a few years ago to get paint colors so I know they keep records. Calling now is pretty much a waste of time. They have a different girl doing it now. Her voicemail states that it could take up to 24 hours to return call and that email would be quicker. When I called for brick type it took 3 weeks and I sent an email. THREE WEEKS! My fault for forgetting to get shingle type, but now my contractor is ready to shingle my garage. It has been 24 hours since I left a voicemail. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 voice mails.
