But I have a problem with the phone calls telling that your prescriptions are ready or delayed but no name of person or what kind of meds are envolved. I have other family members that use same store and I have to call in and ask whom are they talking about and what med is in question. Could you use maybe 3 letters of last name or med name so I would know. Thank you
