  This rating is specifically for the Pharmacy. The window service is routinely slow and the pharmacy as a whole will stonewall you if there is a problem with a prescription. I am without medication tonight because the pharmacy alleged a problem with my doctor's directions for use. The directions are perfectly clear to me so today I explained the directions (basically by reading them back to the pharmacist) and asked the pharmacist how they should be stated by my doctor. At this point I could have easily messaged the doctor's office and had the directions amended to whatever clarification necessary, however, the pharmacist would not provide any such guidance on the issue. So much for a quick resolution. I hope my doctor isn't on vacation this week.
