I waited 45 minutes for a service that took only 10 minutes. 2 customer service employees were helping others while the other two just stood behind the counter on the computer. The guy keep apologizing. He offered me water and Gatorade. The lady with the long hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment. I will never go back there for service.
