  My wife had them replace the countertops and sink in our kitchen. The first time they were scheduled to come, no one showed up and no one called. When my wife called the office, she was told that the crew wouldn't make it that day and they could reschedule. On the second scheduled time, they arrived late. They did an good job replacing the counter and sink, but told my wife they could not connect the sink as they were not licensed plumbers and that she would have to separately find a plumber to complete the work. When my wife called the office to complain, she was told that there was a sign indicating as much at the store. However, the sales associate, who wasn't in the office when she called, never mentioned this to her during the sales coordination. We won't be doing business with them in the future.
