Only ten percent of these clothes are gently used, most are pretty worn. I don't have a problem with that seeing that it's a consignment shop and a great one at that. However saying in advertisement that they only take gently used clothes is misleading. This store is definitely worth a try though if you haven't been. They also have a lot more than just clothes to look through which is nice.
