  4/21/17: Numerous issues with deliveries and employees at this place. 4 different issues so far and still waiting on a couch that we ordered well over a month ago and was promised delivered at the end of March. Go elsewhere. Furniture Row isn't worth the hassles. Edit 5/1/17: Be sure you receive the actual "store credit" they offer you. We were to have $200 but after they credited our account $100 for scratching our new floors when they delivered (a month later) our sofa, we find out that they took $50 away from our "credit" due to falling below the threshold. In addition to my wife spending an hour trying to order lamps with this "credit," it will be almost 2 months to get it due to the salesperson saying to wait a few weeks for our "credit" to be back on our account. Then we can place the order for the lamp, of which it will take another month for it to arrive, if it does. I'm not certain how they stay in business with the long turnaround times on orders, rude salespeople, and half truths in regards to delivery times and credits. Buyer beware.

  Two months after making my purchase, I still have not received all of my furniture. I called to see if my coffee table had finally arrived and it had with no call from them. They only deliver to my area 2 days a week so I asked if I could come and pickup the table and was told I would be charged $10.80. Really, I have already paid for delivery and going to be charged again to come and get a coffee table. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them and I won't again.
