  Great store with AMAZING vendors. I have bought several pieces from this location. My 3 star review is based off store policy and lack of training with new employees. Once, I messaged the store to hold a piece & I was on my way to pick it up. I explained that I didn't want to drive out of my way to get the piece only for it to be sold when I got there. The employee replied stating that she would hold it until I got there that day. I get there & 10 mins before I arrived, the item was sold. The owner, Todd, messaged me apologizing about the inconvenience and explained that store policy was not to hold any pieces. I said I understood moving forward; however, he needed to explain that to the staff. He made it right with me and offered a store gift card for the inconvenience. Since that incident, I've had SEVERAL friends/acquaintances tell me that the same thing happened to them after my incident. Those same people stated that they would not go back to the store because of it. The store should cover with ALL employees what the policies are to ensure all employees are on the same page.
